Riva Starr's quirky style always keeps me guessing what he will unveil next. 'I Was Drunk' is the perfect example as its German inspired melody and its hilarious chorus dominated beatport for the last part 2009. His newest tune is a little more predictable but nonetheless grooving. 'Afterclub' by Funkagenda has been tearing up the blogs as of late and this remix has only fueled the fire. Riva Starr has given the song a little burst of life and implemented his trademark upbeat, almost comedic rhythm into it. He has a number of shows at WMC and is always one to watch out for.
